The making of...
"The Happy Cat"

Félix feliz

At first I scanned one of my little toys, an embroidered on cross point, prioritizing the cat viewing, and don't forgetting to copy a portion from the background landscape. I edited the resultant image, in Paint Shop Pro, 'croping' and maintaining barely the main part, and reserving, for future use, those parts that were discarded at this moment. With those ' discarded pieces' I mounted the background utilizing the foundation 'pattern' - in separate layers, and utilizing the Spray tool, I impressed other details from the 'discards', mounting the background with them and editing it with the plugins of my interest. With the background ready, I finished the work mounting the other elements, always in separate layers each one. I mounted two duplicates from the main image, below the cat's layer, editing with varied effects to obtain an adequate 'framework' for the image. Finally, in the upper layer, the signature.
